Perretti Farm is located at Cream Ridge, New Jersey. This farm is also a Standardbred nursery but most of the brood mares are owned by the farm. Their most noted trotter stallions are Muscle Yankee and Malabar Man. Malabar Man was Horse of the Year in 1998 and Muscle Yankee reportedly has an opportunityto be Horse of the Year in 1999. If Muscle Yankee receives this award, Perretti Farms will have the unprecedented distinction of having back-to-back winners. The stud fee for Malabar Man is $10,000 while the inaugural stud fee for Muscle Yankee is said to be $15,000. The farm also owns outstanding pacer stallions. Perretti will consign 78 yearling this year. Their brood mare roster is around 120 and most of these have had, or are expecting, foals during this year.
