George Morgan's drawing of a farmyard, including "a Plan of the requisite Buildings," from the manuscript of his "Essay on the Farmyard." On February 7, 1786, Morgan received the Society's Gold Medal for this essay, which was subsequently published in the November 1786 issue of the Columbian Magazine.
