Biographical Sketch--Dr. Kenneth W. Bailey

Dr. Kenneth W. Bailey is a specialist in dairy marketing and policy analysis. He received his B.Sc. from the University of Arkansas, MS from the University of Missouri and Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota. He was a Policy Analyst, for the Economic Research Service, USDA from 1986 to 1989 and Director of Modeling and Operations for the Food and Agricultural Policy Research Institute from 1989 to 1991. Dr. Bailey was appointed Extension Associate Professor at the University of Missouri in 1991 and in 1999 he was named Associate Professor at Pennsylvania State University. He is the author of 11 technical articles in technical periodicals and of a book entitled "Marketing and Pricing of Milk and Dairy Products in the United States." Dr. Bailey is contributing writer for several magazines.
